Instructions
1) Pair up 15–20 ft apart; easy throws focusing on grip and step 2) Back up every 2–3 throws to 40–60 ft as mechanics allow 3) Finish with 4–6 firm throws at longest controlled distance 4) Walk back in with light throws to 20 ft; stop before fatigue
