Short relay circuit connecting outfield to infield with alignment, loud calls, and efficient turns.
Instructions
1) OF throw to relay cone; relay turns glove-side; throw through head to target 2) Swap roles every 3–4 reps (OF ↔ relay ↔ target) 3) Time reps to add urgency; progress to double-cut if space allows
