Particularly effective for younger players early in season. Player stands between cones while coach tries to roll balls past them. Focus is on slapping ball away, not catching.
Instructions
Set up two cones with player between them. Coach or partner tries to roll balls past the player. Player should slap ball away, not try to catch it. Challenge: see how many balls out of 10 player can keep from getting by.
